		<description><![CDATA[Voting options for chedoke brow development]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify">As per the request of the community at <a href="http://www.hamilton.ca/hamilton/CityandGovernment/CityDepartments/PlanningEcDev/Development/CommunityPlanning/SecondaryPlans/ChedokeBrowLands/BrowlandsPIC.htm" title="Browlands Public Information Centres">Public Information Centre #4</a>, City staff has provided an opportunity to vote via email on the overall Community Option for the brow lands. Preliminary information on approximate unit numbers, density, population and traffic analysis has been provided for each of the options.</p>
<p>***Please note that numbers and figures are approximate and based on certain assumptions. No formal technical analysis has been undertaken.***</p>
<p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 12pt"><strong>If you did not attend the December 13, 2007 meeting and you would like to vote for the overall community development option, please follow the steps below:</strong></span></p>
<ol type="1">
<li style="text-align: justify">Thoroughly review the different <a href="http://www.hamilton.ca/hamilton/CityandGovernment/CityDepartments/PlanningEcDev/Development/CommunityPlanning/SecondaryPlans/ChedokeBrowLands/Community+Development+Options.htm" title="Browlands PIC#4 Community Development Options">community development options</a>.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify">Read the summary and review the analysis provided for the different options. Please be advised that Option 3 has been broken down into two different scenarios (please indicate A or B when voting).</li>
<li style="text-align: justify">Send an email to <a href="mailto:kmccaule@hamilton.ca?subject=PIC#4%20Vote">Kirsten McCauley</a>?with your name, address and your <u>overall</u> Preferred Option indicated (Please note that if your name and address are not provided your vote will not count).</li>
<li style="text-align: justify">If you wish, you may also fill out a comment sheet providing additional information on your choice or the <em>Modified Secondary Planning Public Consultation Process.</em></li>
</ol>
<p style="text-align: justify">If you attended Public Information Centre #4, please do not vote again. Voting will be open until midnight on December 31, 2007. Staff will tally the votes and post the overall preferred community option on the project website the first week of January. Thank you for participating in this process.</p>
