February 9, 2007 Mountain News Article – Chedoke browland development is planned

t refers to regulations of the Niagara Escarpment Commision of structures to five storeys at least 30 metres back from the brow. There must be a reason for this. strong concern I would have is that many homes along the Chedoke brow do not have basements due to the rock below.
