In an effort to keep you informed, I wish to advise that applications for amendments to the Official Plan and the Zoning By-law for residential purposes have been received by the City Planning and Economic Development Department for the Brow Lands site. City Staff is currently reviewing the complex application and lengthy associated studies. Staff would be happy to answer questions; however, please provide them a couple of days to fully review the applications and studies prior to contacting them so that they may be better able to provide you with information.
