After much perseverance, City Bylaw Enforcement Staff have managed to
cease construction of the temporary parking lot on Scenic Dr. (Chedoke
Site).
I am forwarding a copy of a letter that was sent to our office this
afternoon from Mr. Jim Campbell, General Manager of Columbia
International College.
I trust this information is sufficient and to the satisfaction of the
